EMIKO“ takes you on a trip through Tokyo and combines the traditional, Japanese dining culture with influences of modern, international cuisine.

The food is served in the middle of the table and then enjoyed by the “sharing principle”, where everyone is able to try everything - eating together, talking, and feeling alive.
