On the way to a sustainable hotel
Quality, transparency and regional ties - these are all important to us at the LOUIS Hotel. We have recognised the importance of environmentally conscious and climate-friendly actions for our future and that of our descendants. That is why we want to make a contribution to the preservation of our home country Earth and work with a lot of heart and soul to implement sustainable action in all our departments. We place particular value on local suppliers and set the highest quality standards for ourselves, but also for our partners. Together it works better - with our dedicated team, which is passionate about our guests and the environment.
Focus on regional ingredients
In the LOUIS Grillroom we always cook fresh, regional and seasonal food. We take responsibility for the product, its processing and the fullest possible utilisation. We are supplied by producers from the region and avoid processed products and additives.
Against food waste
The ATLANTIC Hotel Group, to which we belong, is affiliated with United Against Waste. United Against Waste e.V. is an initiative that takes concrete action against food waste.
Since 2021, we have been offering an online media box with newspapers and magazines. Our guests can log on via the guest WLAN and conveniently choose between 500 international newspapers and magazines on their own tablet or mobile phone.
In our rooms we only use large shampoo bottles as amenities and in our restaurant and bar we do not use plastic straws.
