Parks and gardens in the Isar metropolis

It's not just the historical development of the green spaces that is worth seeing, but the parks and gardens themselves. Stroll through the 17th century Nymphenburg Palace Park or head for the Monopteros and Chinese Tower in the English Garden. By the way, you can surf or watch surfing there at the Eisbach. On the other side of the Isar you can stroll through the Maximiliansanlagen and for a summery cool down the Isar beach or the Prinzregentenbad are close by.
